Please arrive by 2:00 PM to grab a welcome drink, find your seat, and get comfortable as we prepare to exchange our vows.
Dance the evening away to live acoustic sets and vibrant classics performed by Stephan Lacasse until nine o'clock.
Grab a drink and join us for photos and cocktail hour.
Gather around long tables for a delicious catered meal by Avela, shared together under the garden canopy.

9:15 PM - Coastal Rides
Planning to enjoy a few drinks? We've got you covered! Coastal Rides will be available to help you get home safely at the end of the evening. We encourage everyone to plan a safe journey home so you can relax and enjoy the celebrations with us.

We want everyone to enjoy the evening fully. Please review these travel and parking details to help plan your journey to the coast.
Parking & Drop-Off
Coastal Rides Shuttle
On-site street parking is available at 4760 Mission Road. Vehicles may be left overnight and picked up the following morning. If possible, we highly recommend arranging a drop-off.
A 14-passenger shuttle will begin return trips at 9:15 PM, running continuously throughout the evening for approximately 1½ hours. The last shuttle will leave in time to return to its home base in Roberts Creek by 11:30 PM.

Meet Sam Turner—a talented photographer, storyteller, adventurer, and dear friend. Based on the beautiful Sunshine Coast, Sam has been capturing weddings and life's most meaningful moments since 2019. Her photography is all about genuine connection, authentic emotion, and preserving the memories that matter most.
We chose Sam not only because we love her work, but because we love her. She has a wonderful way of making people feel comfortable, relaxed, and completely themselves, allowing every smile, laugh, and happy tear to unfold naturally.
We're incredibly lucky to have one of our good friends behind the camera on our wedding day.

Meet Stephan LaCasse
Live Music with Stephan LaCasse
From 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM, we're delighted to have local Sunshine Coast musician Stephan LaCasse performing live to kick off the evening's celebrations.
Stephan will be playing an acoustic set packed with well-loved covers spanning a range of genres and decades—the perfect soundtrack to relax, catch up with friends and family, enjoy a drink, and maybe even sing along. His warm vocals and engaging style create a fun, laid-back atmosphere that's perfect for celebrating together.
Grab a drink, find a spot, and enjoy the music as we celebrate the evening before the dance floor gets going!
